Buona notte, BAM! That timpano is an incredible dish and I think it great that you prepared one. I saw a recipe where the outer layer was eggplant and I've been wanting to give it a try. Maybe one of the cold January days ahead. And that was your opening act! This was such a fantastic round-up of some great mains.
