This is a very inspirational line up, BAM! We are on a healthier track at our house and I just completely forget about stir fry for some reason. Maybe because I always associate it with a wok, but I know you can do it with any skillet. This is an amazing group of dishes with a variety of veggies...just up my alley. 😉

Buona Notte, BAM! What a great collection of recipes! I don't make stir fries nearly enough and I wonder why every time I make one for dinner. Without exception, they're delicious, healthy, and can be made in a relatively short span of time. In short, everything I liker when deciding to prepare something for dinner. It's probably like everything else. Until I get into the habit of thinking "stir-fry" and not "pasta", they just aren't going to make it into the rotation. Well, you've done your part and gave us 18 great dishes. I'm going to pin the post and hopefully refer to it before I go to the grocery next time. I would really like to try a few of these. Thanks, BAM!
